Originally from North Carolina, Emma has called Florida home for the past 8 years. With her degree in Business Management and experience across multiple industries, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Based in Miami, Emma oversees the expanding business operations of the firm. Prior to joining Senior Advocacy Group she served as a consultant and care manager at another senior benefit company in Miami.
As Operations Manager of Senior Advocacy Group and Fiduciary Associates, Emma will likely be your first point of contact and guide along the way. She has helped streamline processes and add valuable insights to business operations. From assisting clients to supporting internal staff, monitoring fraud, and keeping you updated on all our exciting offerings and initiatives, Emma is the go-to for all things logistics. On top of her operational duties, Emma also spearheads many design and marketing projects within the company, earning her Jack-of-all-trades status amongst the team. She is enthusiastic about helping others and growing awareness for older adults and their families. Emma is proud to be a part of an organization that puts the clients first.
Emma’s inspiring passion for community service extends to local worthy causes, spending her free time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and building a pioneering garment recycling program. She also enjoys traveling the world, pampering her pup Rufus, doing house projects, and tending to her ever-growing collection of plants.
