“I was contacted by Ashley DeVries of the Senior Advocacy Group (SAG) regarding assistance for my elderly, vulnerable client who had been defrauded of her $3 million Naples home through a quit claim deed that my client and the perpetrator had signed. SAG coordinated closely with a detective from the Local Police Department and with me to facilitate the execution of a new quit claim deed, restoring ownership of the property to the rightful owner. In addition, SAG collaborated with me to relocate the client to a safe and supportive assisted living facility where she could receive appropriate medical care.
