Tracy Brady

Driven by two lifelong passions, uplifting seniors and strengthening purpose-driven organizations, Tracy has dedicated her career to enhancing quality of life for older adults while helping mission-focused teams thrive.

As Client Care Director at Senior Advocacy Group, Tracy brings dynamic leadership and heartfelt advocacy to every client relationship. Throughout her career, she has managed diverse recreational and therapeutic programs, built impactful community partnerships, served as a liaison to the medical community, and developed award-winning Purposeful Engagement programming. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a certified instructor in Specialized Dementia Care and Education, reflecting both her expertise and her deep personal commitment to serving seniors with dignity and respect.

Often described as “the consummate elder care professional,” Tracy approaches her work as more than a career, it is deeply personal. Midway through her professional journey, she relocated from New England to Florida to spend more time with her mother and help care for her grandmother. In doing so, she experienced firsthand the importance of trustworthy providers who honor a senior’s independence and empower them to live their very best life. She firmly believes that older adults — who have paved the road for future generations — deserve to be valued, heard, and fully supported.

A proud mother of two accomplished adult children, Tracy’s commitment to service runs in the family. Her daughter Taylor is an ER physician in Florida, and her son Jared serves as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens, New York. In her spare time, Tracy treasures time with her five-generation family, from her grandmother to her granddaughter, and enjoys life with her rescue dog, Remi.
