With more than 30 years of experience in legal administration, operations management, and client service, Heather Front has built her career around organization, efficiency, and delivering exceptional support. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of the Fiduciary Care team.
As Office Manager and Assistant Trust Administrator for Fiduciary Associates and Senior Advocacy Group, Heather oversees the daily operations that keep the organization running seamlessly. She manages administrative functions that support the firm’s hybrid workforce and growing client base. In addition, she works closely with the senior trust administrators to assist with trust administration, client communications, account documentation, transaction processing, trust accounting, and regulatory compliance, helping ensure every client receives accurate, responsive, and professional service.
Prior to joining Fiduciary Care, LLC, Heather served as the Co-Manager, Office Administrator, and Paralegal at Farmer & Associates, PLLC. In these roles, she helped oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations while providing administrative and legal support to the firm’s Senior Partner on a wide range of domestic and international tax, corporate, and individual tax matters. Her career also includes positions with several prominent law firms, including Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A., and leading firms in the Boston area. Her extensive background in legal administration and financial coordination provides a strong foundation for supporting the firm’s fiduciary and advocacy services.
Outside the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, and relaxing at the beach. She is also passionate about health and wellness and enjoys boxing, kickboxing, and a variety of other fitness activities. Whether coordinating day-to-day operations or assisting with complex trust administration, Heather is committed to fostering an organized, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service to clients, families, and colleagues alike.
