She serves clients as Agent under Power of Attorney, Independent Trustee, Personal Representative, and Healthcare Surrogate, while also overseeing LifeCare Management services that safeguard and enhance the lives of those who need it most. With decades of legal and financial expertise, she ensures every personal, medical, and financial matter is handled ethically, thoroughly, and in full alignment with fiduciary standards.
Kim’s background includes more than twenty years with a global financial institution specializing in fiduciary services, where she served as Estate Administration Manager. In that role, she supervised estate administrators and account managers, guiding the administration of complex estate and trust accounts involving sophisticated planning structures, tax considerations, and sensitive family dynamics. Earlier in her career, she practiced law in estate planning, probate, real estate, and domestic relations, operated a real estate title company, and served as an Investigative Attorney conducting financial due diligence and asset investigations.
A respected leader in the legal community, Kim has served as Past President of the Collier County Bar Association, the Collier County Women’s Bar Association, and the Collier County Bar Foundation, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Legal Aid Service of Broward County. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, along with degrees in Political Science and Paralegal Studies from the University of Cincinnati.
